Pre-Order Policy
Introduction
Pre-orders are purchases for a product not currently available for general sale or in inventory. The full pre-order payment must be completed in order to fulfil the order. Pre-orders will be fulfilled once the item has been stocked.
Payment
Orders will be completed upon “full payment” via bank transfer, online transfer or any payment channel. The “full payment” amount will be outlined on the invoice sent to the client, which should be received through their provided email or contact number. Upon completion of the order form, the “full payment” should be transferred to the company within 5 days or the order shall be considered cancelled.
Pre-orders of the first generation of the safety badge will entitle users to a lifetime subscription for the individual product ordered.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your pre-order if you are in disagreement with any changes made to the item or its terms & conditions after your completion of payment. If you decide against purchasing the item prior to its shipment to you, you will be entitled to a full refund. You additionally have a 14 days cancellation period upon receiving the product.

Estimated Time of Arrival
Our safety badge is currently slated to be available within the company’s stock during Spring/ Summer 2025. However, this date is subject to several factors which may affect the arrival of the product to the company in the UK (e.g. Technical issues affecting shipment, customs clearing, environmental irregularities). Any postponements to the targeted shipment time of Spring/ Summer 2025 will enable clients to request refunds or updated shipment schedules.
Upon stock of the product received, our target delivery time to you will be 3-5 business days. However, delays may occur as a result of the courier company which ENOUGH SAFETY LTD will not be liable for. Loss of shipment may be reported to ENOUGH SAFETY LTD to receive a refund for the full amount of the order.
ENOUGH SAFETY LTD will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the consumer.
Transfer Policy
Pre-orders are non-transferrable. Contact information may not be changed upon completion of an order form in order to protect the privacy and security of our clients. The address of delivery can be changed by sending an email to info@enoughsafety.com. The address will be reconfirmed prior shipping.
