Service Overview

• App: The ENOUGH app provides personal safety by automatically notifying designated contacts when users arrive at their destination or, if not, after three times the estimated time of arrival.

• Wearable Badge: Once released, the badge will offer additional personal safety features, and will be included with a subscription.

User Registration & Responsibilities

• Eligibility: The Service is available to all users regardless of age, but by registering, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your country or have obtained parental consent to use the Service.

• Account Creation: To use the app, users must provide their name, email, phone number, gender, age, and create login credentials. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of this information.

• User Responsibilities: Users are required to keep their account information up to date and must not misuse the app’s features (e.g., sending false alerts or tampering with data).

Pre-Orders

• Pre-Order Terms: Users may pre-order the badge, which is expected to ship in 2025. The designs on the website are not final and are subject to change. Delays may occur.
• Refunds Conditions: Users are entitled to a 100% refund until the product is received and until the end of the trial period by contacting info@enoughsafety.com. The badge must be undamaged and returned before a refund is issued.
• Payment Processing: Our Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay) for payment processing. We are not responsible for the performance or terms of these third-party services, and users agree to comply with their respective terms of use and privacy policies.
